SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the “John Lewis NIMHD Research Endowment Revitalization Act of 2021”.SEC. 2. RESEARCH ENDOWMENTS AT BOTH CURRENT AND FORMER CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE.
