<section id="d91959e90" identifier="/us/pl/116/75/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xe487c073-e81e-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t40/s101">40 USC 101 note</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Reauthorizing Security for Supreme Court Justices Act of 2019</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d91959e105" identifier="/us/pl/116/75/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>PROTECTION AUTHORITY OF MARSHAL OF THE SUPREME COURT AND SUPREME COURT POLICE.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="xe4880e94-e81e-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  <ref href="/us/usc/t40/s6121">Section 6121 of title 40, United States Code</ref>, <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="ye4880e95-e81e-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/116/75/s2/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><chapeau>in subsection (a)—</chapeau><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="ye4880e96-e81e-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/116/75/s2/1/A" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">(A) </num><content>in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>any State</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>any location</quotedText>”; and</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="ye4880e97-e81e-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/116/75/s2/1/B" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">(B) </num><chapeau>in paragraph (3)—</chapeau><clause class="fontsize10" id="ye4880e98-e81e-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/116/75/s2/1/B/i" style="-uslm-lc:I658126"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="i">(i) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>violation of federal or state law</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>violation of Federal or State law</quotedText>”; and</content></clause>
