<section id="d172052e94" identifier="/us/pl/116/51/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Family Farmer Relief Act of 2019</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d172052e104" identifier="/us/pl/116/51/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>DEFINITION OF FAMILY FARMER.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  <ref href="/us/usc/t11/s101/18">Section 101(18) of title 11, United States Code</ref>, <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction> by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>$3,237,000</quotedText>” each place that term appears and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>$10,000,000</quotedText>”.</content></section>
<section id="d172052e123" identifier="/us/pl/116/51/s3" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="3">SEC. 3. </num><heading>DETERMINATION OF BUDGETARY EFFECTS.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  The budgetary effects of this Act, for the purpose of complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010, shall be determined by reference to the latest statement titled “Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation” for this Act, submitted for printing in the Congressional Record by the Chairman of the House Budget Committee, provided that such statement has been submitted prior to the vote on passage.</content></section>
