<section id="d94814e92" identifier="/us/pl/116/49/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Emergency Medical Services for Children Program Reauthorization Act of 2019</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d94814e102" identifier="/us/pl/116/49/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>REAUTHORIZATION OF THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FOR CHILDREN PROGRAM.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="xfb577b97-e81f-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Section 1910(d) of the Public Health Service Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t42/s300w–9/d">42 U.S.C. 300w–9(d)</ref>) <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yfb577b98-e81f-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/116/49/s2/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>2014, and</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>2014,</quotedText>”; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yfb577b99-e81f-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/116/49/s2/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> before the period the following: “<quotedText>, and $22,334,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2024</quotedText>”.</content></paragraph>
