<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><i>  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</i></enactingFormula>
<section id="d172341e85" identifier="/us/pl/116/48/s1" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>FEDERAL EMPLOYEES AND NATIONAL URBAN SEARCH AND RESCUE RESPONSE SYSTEM TASK FORCES.</heading><content class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x1abebabf-e820-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Section 327 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t42/s5165f">42 U.S.C. 5165f</ref>) <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction> by <amendingAction type="add">adding</amendingAction> at the end the following:<quotedContent><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y1abee1d0-e820-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="p">“(p) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Federal Employees</inline>.—</heading><content>Nothing in this section shall be construed to mean that a task force may not include Federal employees. In the case of a Federal employee detailed to a task force, the sponsoring agency shall enter into an agreement with the relevant employing Federal agency.”</content></subsection>
