Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,SECTION 1. HOMESTEAD NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK.(a) In General.—The first section of the Act of March 19, 1936 (16 U.S.C. 450u),
