<section id="d101149e94" identifier="/us/pl/116/294/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Great Lakes Restoration Initiative Act of 2019</shortTitle>” or the “<shortTitle role="act">GLRI Act of 2019</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d101149e107" identifier="/us/pl/116/294/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>GREAT LAKES RESTORATION INITIATIVE REAUTHORIZATION.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x95e0e02d-e822-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Section 118(c)(7)(J)(i) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t33/s1268/c/7/J/i">33 U.S.C. 1268(c)(7)(J)(i)</ref>) <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y95e0e02e-e822-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/116/294/s2/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>is authorized</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>are authorized</quotedText>”;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y95e0e02f-e822-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/116/294/s2/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> the period at the end and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> a semicolon;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y95e0e030-e822-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/116/294/s2/3" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>this paragraph $300,000,000</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> the following: <quotedContent>“this paragraph—<subclause class="indentUp3 fontsize10" id="y95e10741-e822-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658128"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="I">“(I) </num><content>$300,000,000”</content></subclause>
</quotedContent>; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y95e10742-e822-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/116/294/s2/4" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="4">(4) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="add">adding</amendingAction> at the end the following:<quotedContent><subclause class="indentUp3 fontsize10" id="y95e10743-e822-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658128"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="II">“(II) </num><content>$375,000,000 for fiscal year 2022;</content></subclause>
<subclause class="indentUp3 fontsize10" id="y95e10744-e822-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658128"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="III">“(III) </num><content>$400,000,000 for fiscal year 2023;</content></subclause>
<subclause class="indentUp3 fontsize10" id="y95e10745-e822-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658128"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="IV">“(IV) </num><content>$425,000,000 for fiscal year 2024;</content></subclause>
<subclause class="indentUp3 fontsize10" id="y95e10746-e822-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658128"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="V">“(V) </num><content>$450,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; and</content></subclause>
<subclause class="indentUp3 fontsize10" id="y95e10747-e822-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658128"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="VI">“(VI) </num><content>$475,000,000 for fiscal year 2026.”</content></subclause>
