Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF THE TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES PROGRAM AND RELATED PROGRAMS THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2019.
