<section id="d227579e92" identifier="/us/pl/116/190/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Friendly Airports for Mothers Improvement Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d227579e102" identifier="/us/pl/116/190/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>MOTHERS’ ROOMS.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x2322b16c-e827-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  <ref href="/us/usc/t49/s47107/w">Section 47107(w) of title 49, United States Code</ref>, <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y2322b16d-e827-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/116/190/s2/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>in paragraph (1) by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>In fiscal year 2021</quotedText>” and all that follows through “<quotedText>the Secretary of Transportation</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>The Secretary of Transportation</quotedText>”;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y2322b16e-e827-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/116/190/s2/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>in paragraph (1)(B) by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>one men’s and one women’s</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>at least one men’s and at least one women’s</quotedText>”;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y2322b16f-e827-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/116/190/s2/3" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> paragraph (2)(A) and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> the following:<quotedContent><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y2322d880-e827-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">“(A) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Airport size</inline>.—</heading><clause class="fontsize10" id="y2322d881-e827-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658126"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="i">“(i) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x2322d882-e827-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Applicability.</p></sidenote><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In general</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>The requirements in paragraph (1) shall only apply to applications submitted by the airport sponsor of—</chapeau><subclause class="fontsize10" id="y2322d883-e827-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658128"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="I">“(I) </num><content>a medium or large hub airport in fiscal year 2021 and each fiscal year thereafter; and</content></subclause>
<subclause class="fontsize10" id="y2322d884-e827-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658128"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="II">“(II) </num><content>an applicable small hub airport in fiscal year 2023 and each fiscal year thereafter.</content></subclause>

<clause class="fontsize10" id="y2322d885-e827-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I658126"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="ii">“(ii) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x2322d886-e827-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Time period.</p></sidenote><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Applicable small hub airport defined</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>In clause (i)(II), the term ‘<term>applicable small hub airport</term>’ means an airport designated as a small hub airport during—</chapeau><subclause class="fontsize10" id="y2322d887-e827-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658128"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="I">“(I) </num><content>the 3-year period consisting of 2020, 2021, and 2022; or</content></subclause>
<subclause class="fontsize10" id="y2322d888-e827-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658128"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="II">“(II) </num><content>any consecutive 3-year period beginning after 2020.”</content></subclause>
