<section id="d231159e85" identifier="/us/pl/116/150/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>EXTENSION OF CHEMICAL FACILITY ANTI-TERRORISM STANDARDS PROGRAM OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="yba63967d-e828-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/116/150/s1/a" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In General</inline>.—</heading><content>Section 5 of the Protecting and Securing Chemical Facilities from Terrorist Attacks Act of 2014 (<ref href="/us/pl/113/254">Public Law 113–254</ref>; <ref href="/us/usc/t6/s621">6 U.S.C. 621 note</ref>) <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction> by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>July 23, 2020</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>July 27, 2023</quotedText>”.</content></subsection>
