<section id="d121618e85" identifier="/us/pl/116/132/s1" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS TO GUAM WORLD WAR II LOYALTY RECOGNITION ACT.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="xad63d7d7-e829-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  <ref href="/us/pl/114/328/dA/tXVII">Title XVII of division A of Public Law 114–328</ref> <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yad63d7d8-e829-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/116/132/s1/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xad63d7d9-e829-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t22/s1621">22 USC 1621 note</ref>.</p></sidenote><chapeau>in section 1703(e)—</chapeau><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="yad63d7da-e829-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/116/132/s1/1/A" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">(A) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>equal to</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>not to exceed</quotedText>”; and</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="yad63d7db-e829-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/116/132/s1/1/B" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">(B) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>covered into the Treasury as miscellaneous receipts</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>used to reimburse the applicable appropriations</quotedText>”;</content></subparagraph>
