<section id="d123811e88" identifier="/us/pl/116/106/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x04e91fb4-e82b-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t38/s101">38 USC 101 note</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Fallen Warrior Battlefield Cross Memorial Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d123811e103" identifier="/us/pl/116/106/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>AUTHORIZATION FOR FALLEN SOLDIER DISPLAYS IN NATIONAL CEMETERIES.</heading><content class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x04e91fb5-e82b-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  <ref href="/us/usc/t38/s2403">Section 2403 of title 38, United States Code</ref>, <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction> by <amendingAction type="add">adding</amendingAction> at the end the following new subsection:<quotedContent><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y04e946c6-e82b-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="d">“(d)</num><paragraph class="inline" id="y04e946c7-e82b-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a"><num value="1">(1) </num><content>Subject to standards established by the Secretary, the Secretary shall permit the display of a Fallen Soldier Display in any national cemetery.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y04e946c8-e82b-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">“(2) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x04e946c9-e82b-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Definition.</p></sidenote><content>In this subsection, the term ‘<term>Fallen Soldier Display</term>’ means a memorial monument in honor of fallen members of the Armed Forces that may include a replica of an inverted rifle, boots, helmets, and identification tag.”</content></paragraph>
