<section id="d128271e89" identifier="/us/pl/115/82/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x483c4621-e82c-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t34/s10101">34 USC 10101 note</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be  cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Providing Resources, Officers, and Technology To Eradicate Cyber Threats to Our Children Act of 2017</shortTitle>” or the “<shortTitle role="act">PROTECT Our Children Act of 2017</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d128271e107" identifier="/us/pl/115/82/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>REAUTHORIZATION OF THE NATIONAL INTERNET CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN TASK FORCE PROGRAM.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Title I of the PROTECT Our Children Act of 2008 (<ref href="/us/usc/t34/s21101/etseq">34 U.S.C. 21101 et seq.</ref>) <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction> in section 107(a)(10) (<ref href="/us/usc/t34/s21117/a/10">34 U.S.C. 21117(a)(10)</ref>), by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>fiscal year 2018</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>each of fiscal years 2018 through 2022</quotedText>”.</content></section>
