Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The flood control project in Sedgwick County, Kansas, commonly known as the Wichita–Valley Center Flood Control Project, shall be known and designated as the “M.S. ‘Mitch’ Mitchell Floodway”.SEC. 2. REFERENCES.
