or</content></subparagraph> <subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y6499b138-e835-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">“(B) </num><content>has, while serving as a covered officer or employee of the Department, received any service from any educational institution operated for profit.</content></subparagraph> </paragraph> <paragraph class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y6499b139-e835-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">“(2) </num><chapeau>In this subsection, the term ‘<term>covered officer or employee of the Department</term>’ means an officer or employee of the Department who—</chapeau><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y6499b13a-e835-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">“(A) </num><content>works on the administration of benefits under chapter 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, or 36 of this title;
