<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><i>  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</i></enactingFormula>
<section id="d156958e85" identifier="/us/pl/115/228/s1" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>BILLFISH CONSERVATION ACT OF 2012.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Section 4(c)(1) of the Billfish Conservation Act of 2012 (<ref href="/us/usc/t16/s1827a/c/1">16 U.S.C. 1827a(c)(1)</ref>) <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction> by <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>and retained</quotedText>” after “<quotedText>landed</quotedText>”.</content></section>
<section id="d156958e101" identifier="/us/pl/115/228/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>SHARK CONSERVATION ACT OF 2010.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x371adaa3-e836-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  The Act entitled “An Act to amend the High Seas Driftnet Fishing Moratorium Protection Act and the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act to improve the conservation of sharks”, approved January 4, 2011 (<ref href="/us/pl/111/348">Public Law 111–348</ref>; <ref href="/us/stat/124/3668">124 Stat. 3668</ref>), <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y371adaa4-e836-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/115/228/s2/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> section 104 and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> the following:<quotedContent><section class="centered fontsize12" id="y371adaa5-e836-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658143"><num class="fontsize12" value="104">“SEC. 104. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x371adaa6-e836-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s1826i">16 USC 1826i note</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading class="fontsize12">RULE OF CONSTRUCTION.</heading><content class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  “Nothing in this title or the amendments made by this title shall be construed as affecting, altering, or diminishing in any way the authority of the Secretary of Commerce to establish such conservation and management measures as the Secretary considers necessary and appropriate under sections 302(a)(3) and 304(g) of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t16/s1852/a/3">16 U.S.C. 1852(a)(3)</ref>, 1854(g)).”</content></section>
