<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><i>  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</i></enactingFormula><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42956e72-e837-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Swan Lake Hydroelectric Project Boundary Correction Act.</p></sidenote>
<section id="d307673e89" identifier="/us/pl/115/200/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Swan Lake Hydroelectric Project Boundary Correction Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d307673e99" identifier="/us/pl/115/200/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>CONVEYANCE OF FEDERAL LAND WITHIN THE SWAN LAKE HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT BOUNDARY.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x4295bc93-e837-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Not<sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x4295bc94-e837-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Deadline.</p></sidenote> later than 18 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior, after consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture, shall—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y4295bc95-e837-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/115/200/s2/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>survey the exterior boundaries of the tract of Federal land within the project boundary of the Swan Lake Hydroelectric Project (FERC No. 2911) as generally depicted and labeled “Lost Creek” on the map entitled “Swan Lake Project Boundary—Lot 2” and dated February 1, 2016; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y4295bc96-e837-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/115/200/s2/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><chapeau>issue a patent to the State of Alaska for the tract described in paragraph (1) in accordance with—</chapeau><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y4295bc97-e837-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/115/200/s2/2/A" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">(A) </num><content>the survey authorized under paragraph (1);</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y4295bc98-e837-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/115/200/s2/2/B" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">(B) </num><content>section 6(a) of the Act of July 7, 1958 (commonly known as the “Alaska Statehood Act”) (<ref href="/us/usc/t48">48 U.S.C. note</ref> prec. 21; <ref href="/us/pl/85/508">Public Law 85–508</ref>); and</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y4295bc99-e837-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/115/200/s2/2/C" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="C">(C) </num><content>section 24 of the Federal Power Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t16/s818">16 U.S.C. 818</ref>).</content></subparagraph>
