SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the “Keep America’s Refuges Operational Act”.SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE SYSTEM VOLUNTEER SERVICES, COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP, AND REFUGE EDUCATION PROGRAMS.
