<section id="d163759e88" identifier="/us/pl/115/156/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Removing Outdated Restrictions to Allow for Job Growth Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d163759e98" identifier="/us/pl/115/156/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>RELEASE OF REVERSIONARY INTEREST.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="ybcebd4df-e838-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/115/156/s2/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Release</inline>.—</heading><content>Notwithstanding section 32(c) of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t7/s1011/c">7 U.S.C. 1011(c)</ref>), if the City of Old Town, Maine, makes a written request to the Secretary of Agriculture, the Secretary shall release, convey, and quitclaim, without monetary consideration, all rights, title, and interest of the United States in and to the lands specified in subsection (b).</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="ybcebd4e0-e838-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/115/156/s2/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Lands Specified</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>The lands subject to subsection (a) include only the lands—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="ybcebd4e1-e838-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/115/156/s2/b/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>conveyed by the United States to the City of Old Town, Maine, under section 32(c) of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t7/s1011/c">7 U.S.C. 1011(c)</ref>) by the deed dated June 5, 1941;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="ybcebd4e2-e838-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/115/156/s2/b/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>proposed for conveyance by the City of Old Town, Maine, for the purpose of economic development; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="ybcebd4e3-e838-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/115/156/s2/b/3" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><content>described in the written request submitted by the City of Old Town, Maine, to the Secretary of Agriculture pursuant to subsection (a).</content></paragraph>
