<section id="d312911e88" identifier="/us/pl/115/122/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Alex Diekmann Peak Designation Act of 2017</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d312911e98" identifier="/us/pl/115/122/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>DESIGNATION OF ALEX DIEKMANN PEAK, MONTANA.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="ybce4b43d-e839-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/115/122/s2/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In General</inline>.—</heading><content>The unnamed 9,765-foot peak located 2.2 miles west-northwest of Finger Mountain on the western boundary of the Lee Metcalf Wilderness, Montana (UTM coordinates Zone 12, 457966 E., 4982589 N.), shall be known and designated as “Alex Diekmann Peak”.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="ybce4b43e-e839-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/115/122/s2/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">References</inline>.—</heading><content>Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to the peak described in subsection (a) shall be considered to be a reference to “Alex Diekmann Peak”.</content></subsection>
