<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><i>  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</i></enactingFormula>
<section id="d324082e85" identifier="/us/pl/114/56/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y1158ce97-e847-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/56/s1/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x1158ce98-e847-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Deadline.</p></sidenote><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In General</inline>.—</heading><content>As soon as practicable, but not later than 180 days, after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Health and Human Services (referred to in this Act as the “Secretary”) shall convey to the Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation located in Bethel, Alaska (referred to in this Act as the “Corporation”), all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the property described in section 2 for use in connection with health and social services programs.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y1158ce99-e847-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/56/s1/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Effect on Any Quitclaim Deed</inline>.—</heading><content>The conveyance by the Secretary of title by warranty deed under this section shall, on the effective date of the conveyance, supersede and render of no future effect any quitclaim deed to the property described in section 2 executed by the Secretary and the Corporation.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y1158ce9a-e847-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/56/s1/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Conditions</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>The conveyance of the property under this Act—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y1158ce9b-e847-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/56/s1/c/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>shall be made by warranty deed; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y1158ce9c-e847-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/56/s1/c/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><chapeau>shall not—</chapeau><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y1158ce9d-e847-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/56/s1/c/2/A" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">(A) </num><content>require any consideration from the Corporation for the property;</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y1158ce9e-e847-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/56/s1/c/2/B" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">(B) </num><content>impose any obligation, term, or condition on the Corporation; or</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y1158ce9f-e847-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/56/s1/c/2/C" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="C">(C) </num><content>allow for any reversionary interest of the United States in the property.</content></subparagraph>

</section>
<section id="d324082e145" identifier="/us/pl/114/56/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>PROPERTY DESCRIBED.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  The property, including all land and appurtenances, described in this section is the property included in U.S. Survey No. 4000, Lot 2, T. 8 N., R. 71 W., Seward Meridian, containing 22.98 acres.</content></section>
<section id="d324082e152" identifier="/us/pl/114/56/s3" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="3">SEC. 3. </num><heading>ENVIRONMENTAL LIABILITY.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y11591cc0-e847-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/56/s3/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Liability</inline>.—</heading><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y11591cc1-e847-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/56/s3/a/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In general</inline>.—</heading><content>Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Corporation shall not be liable for any soil, surface water, groundwater, or other contamination resulting from the disposal, release, or presence of any environmental contamination on any portion of the property described in section 2 on or before the date on which the property is conveyed to the Corporation.<page identifier="/us/stat/129/527">129 STAT. 527</page></content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y11591cc2-e847-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/56/s3/a/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Environmental contamination</inline>.—</heading><content>An environmental contamination described in paragraph (1) includes any oil or petroleum products, hazardous substances, hazardous materials, hazardous waste, pollutants, toxic substances, solid waste, or any other environmental contamination or hazard as defined in any Federal or State of Alaska law.</content></paragraph>
</subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y11591cc3-e847-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/56/s3/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Easement</inline>.—</heading><content>The Secretary shall be accorded any easement or access to the property conveyed under this Act as may be reasonably necessary to satisfy any retained obligation or liability of the Secretary.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y11591cc4-e847-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/56/s3/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Notice of Hazardous Substance Activity and Warranty</inline>.—</heading><content>In carrying out this <sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x11591cc5-e847-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Compliance.</p></sidenote>Act, the Secretary shall comply with subparagraphs (A) and (B) of section 120(h)(3) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (<ref href="/us/usc/t42/s9620/h/3">42 U.S.C. 9620(h)(3)</ref>).</content></subsection>
