<section id="d327740e102" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Boys Town Centennial Commemorative Coin Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d327740e112" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>FINDINGS.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x77fc76f0-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Congress finds that—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fc76f1-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s2/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>Boys Town is a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving children and healing families, nationally headquartered in the village of Boys Town, Nebraska;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fc76f2-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s2/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>Father Flanagan’s Boys Home, known as “Boys Town”, was founded on December 12, 1917, by Servant of God Father Edward Flanagan;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fc76f3-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s2/3" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><content>Boys Town was created to serve children of all races and religions;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fc76f4-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s2/4" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="4">(4) </num><content>news of the work of Father Flanagan spread worldwide with the success of the 1938 movie, “Boys Town”;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fc76f5-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s2/5" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="5">(5) </num><content>after World War II, President Truman asked Father Flanagan to take his message to the world, and Father Flanagan traveled the globe visiting war orphans and advising government leaders on how to care for displaced children;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fc76f6-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s2/6" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="6">(6) </num><content>Boys Town has grown exponentially, and now provides care to children and families across the country in 11 regions, including California, Nevada, Texas, Nebraska, Iowa, Louisiana, North Florida, Central Florida, South Florida, Washington, DC, New York, and New England;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fc76f7-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s2/7" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="7">(7) </num><content>the Boys Town National Hotline provides counseling to more than 150,000 callers each year;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fc76f8-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s2/8" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="8">(8) </num><content>the Boys Town National Research Hospital is a national leader in the field of hearing care and research of Usher Syndrome;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fc76f9-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s2/9" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="9">(9) </num><content>Boys Town programs impact the lives of more than 2 million children and families across America each year; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fc76fa-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s2/10" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="10">(10) </num><content>December 12th, 2017, will mark the 100th anniversary of Boys Town, Nebraska.</content></paragraph>

<section id="d327740e170" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s3" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="3">SEC. 3. </num><heading>COIN SPECIFICATIONS.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fcec2b-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s3/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">$5 Gold Coins</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>The Secretary of the Treasury (referred to in this Act as the “Secretary”) shall mint and issue not more <page identifier="/us/stat/129/425">129 STAT. 425</page>
than 50,000 $5 coins in commemoration of the centennial of the founding of Father Flanagan’s Boys Town, each of which shall—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fcec2c-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s3/a/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>weigh 8.359 grams;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fcec2d-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s3/a/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>have a diameter of 0.850 inches; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fcec2e-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s3/a/3" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><content>contain 90 percent gold and 10 percent alloy.</content></paragraph>
</subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fcec2f-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s3/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">$1 Silver Coins</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>The Secretary shall mint and issue not more than 350,000 $1 coins in commemoration of the centennial of the founding of Father Flanagan’s Boys Town, each of which shall—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fcec30-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s3/b/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>weigh 26.73 grams;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fcec31-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s3/b/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>have a diameter of 1.500 inches; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fcec32-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s3/b/3" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><content>contain 90 percent silver and 10 percent copper.</content></paragraph>
</subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fcec33-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s3/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Half Dollar Clad Coins</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>The Secretary shall mint and issue not more than 300,000 half dollar clad coins in commemoration of the centennial of the founding of Father Flanagan’s Boys Town, each of which shall—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fcec34-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s3/c/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>weigh 11.34 grams;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fcec35-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s3/c/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>have a diameter of 1.205 inches; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fcec36-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s3/c/3" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><content>be minted to the specifications for half dollar coins contained in <ref href="/us/usc/t31/s5112/b">section 5112(b) of title 31, United States Code</ref>.</content></paragraph>
</subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fcec37-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s3/d" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="d">(d) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Legal Tender</inline>.—</heading><content>The coins minted under this Act shall be legal tender, as provided in <ref href="/us/usc/t31/s5103">section 5103 of title 31, United States Code</ref>.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fcec38-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s3/e" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="e">(e) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Numismatic Items</inline>.—</heading><content>For purposes of sections 5134 and 5136 of <ref href="/us/usc/t31">title 31, United States Code</ref>, all coins minted under this Act shall be considered to be numismatic items.</content></subsection>
</section>
<section id="d327740e282" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s4" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="4">SEC. 4. </num><heading>DESIGN OF COINS.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fd1349-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s4/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In General</inline>.—</heading><content>The design of the coins minted under this Act shall be emblematic of the 100 years of Boys Town, one of the largest nonprofit child care agencies in the United States.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fd3a5a-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s4/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Designation and Inscriptions</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>On each coin minted under this Act, there shall be—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fd3a5b-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s4/b/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>a designation of the value of the coin;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fd3a5c-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s4/b/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>an inscription of the year “2017”; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fd3a5d-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s4/b/3" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><content>inscriptions of the words “Liberty”, “In God We Trust”, “United States of America”, and “E Pluribus Unum”.</content></paragraph>
</subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fd3a5e-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s4/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Selection</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>The design for the coins minted under this Act shall be—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fd3a5f-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s4/c/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>selected by the Secretary, after consultation with the National Executive Director of Boys Town and the Commission of Fine Arts; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fd3a60-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s4/c/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>reviewed by the Citizens of Coinage Advisory Committee.</content></paragraph>
</subsection>
</section>
<section id="d327740e339" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s5" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="5">SEC. 5. </num><heading>ISSUANCE OF COINS.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fd3a61-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s5/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Quality of Coins</inline>.—</heading><content>Coins minted under this Act shall be issued in uncirculated and proof qualities.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fd3a62-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s5/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Mint Facility</inline>.—</heading><content>Only one facility of the United States Mint may be used to strike any particular quality of the coins minted under this Act.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fd3a63-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s5/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Period for Issuance</inline>.—</heading><content>The Secretary may issue coins under this Act only during the period beginning on January 1, 2017, and ending on December 31, 2017.</content></subsection>

<section id="d327740e371" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s6" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="6">SEC. 6. </num><heading>SALE OF COINS.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fd8884-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s6/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Sale Price</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>The coins issued under this Act shall be sold by the Secretary at a price equal to the sum of—<page identifier="/us/stat/129/426">129 STAT. 426</page></chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fd8885-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s6/a/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>the face value of the coins; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fd8886-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s6/a/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>the cost of designing and issuing the coins (including labor, materials, dies, use of machinery, overhead expenses, marketing, and shipping).</content></paragraph>
</subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fd8887-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s6/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Bulk Sales</inline>.—</heading><content>The Secretary shall make bulk sales of the coins issued under this Act at a reasonable discount.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fd8888-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s6/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Prepaid Orders</inline>.—</heading><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fd8889-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s6/c/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In general</inline>.—</heading><content>The Secretary shall accept prepaid orders for the coins minted under this Act before the issuance of such coins.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fd888a-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s6/c/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Discount</inline>.—</heading><content>Sale prices with respect to prepaid orders under paragraph (1) shall be at a reasonable discount.</content></paragraph>

<section id="d327740e433" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s7" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="7">SEC. 7. </num><heading>SURCHARGES.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fdd6ab-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s7/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In General</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>All sales of coins issued under this Act shall include a surcharge as follows:</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fdd6ac-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s7/a/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>A surcharge of $35 per coin for the $5 coin.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fdd6ad-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s7/a/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>A surcharge of $10 per coin for the $1 coin.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fdd6ae-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s7/a/3" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><content>A surcharge of $5 per coin for the half dollar coin.</content></paragraph>
</subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fdd6af-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s7/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Distribution</inline>.—</heading><content>Subject to <ref href="/us/usc/t31/s5134/f">section 5134(f) of title 31, United States Code</ref>, all surcharges received by the Secretary from the sale of coins issued under this Act shall be paid to Boys Town to carry out Boys Town’s cause of caring for and assisting children and families in underserved communities across America.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fdd6b0-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s7/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Audits</inline>.—</heading><content>Boys Town shall be subject to the audit requirements of <ref href="/us/usc/t31/s5134/f/2">section 5134(f)(2) of title 31, United States Code</ref>, with regard to the amounts received under subsection (b).</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y77fdd6b1-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s7/d" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="d">(d) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Limitation</inline>.—</heading><content>Notwithstanding subsection (a), no surcharge may be included with respect to the issuance under this Act of any coin during a calendar year if, as of the time of such issuance, the issuance of such coin would result in the number of commemorative coin programs issued during such year to exceed the annual two commemorative coin program issuance limitation under <ref href="/us/usc/t31/s5112/m/1">section 5112(m)(1) of title 31, United States Code</ref> (as in effect on the date of the enactment of this Act). The Secretary of the Treasury may issue guidance to carry out this subsection.</content></subsection>

<section id="d327740e501" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s8" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="8">SEC. 8. </num><heading>FINANCIAL ASSURANCES.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x77fdd6b2-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  The Secretary shall take such actions as may be necessary to ensure that—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fdd6b3-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s8/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>minting and issuing coins under this Act will not result in any net cost to the Federal Government; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y77fdd6b4-e84f-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/30/s8/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>no funds, including applicable surcharges, shall be disbursed to any recipient designated in section 7 until the total cost of designing and issuing all of the coins authorized by this Act (including labor, materials, dies, use of machinery, overhead expenses, marketing, and shipping) is recovered by <page identifier="/us/stat/129/427">129 STAT. 427</page>
the United States Treasury, consistent with sections 5112(m) and 5134(f) of <ref href="/us/usc/t31">title 31, United States Code</ref>.</content></paragraph>
