<section id="d328062e92" identifier="/us/pl/114/293/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Bottles and Breast­feeding Equipment Screening Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d328062e102" identifier="/us/pl/114/293/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xa2109a0f-e850-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Deadline.</p></sidenote><heading>TSA SECURITY SCREENING GUIDELINES FOR BABY FORMULA, BREAST MILK, PURIFIED DEIONIZED WATER FOR INFANTS, AND JUICE ON AIRPLANES; TRAINING ON SPECIAL PROCEDURES.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="xa210c120-e850-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration shall—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="ya210c121-e850-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/293/s2/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>notify air carriers and security screening personnel of the Transportation Security Administration and personnel of private security companies providing security screening pursuant to <ref href="/us/usc/t49/s44920">section 44920 of title 49, United States Code</ref>, of such Administration’s guidelines regarding permitting baby formula, breast milk, purified deionized water for infants, and juice on airplanes under the Administration’s guidelines known as the 3–1–1 Liquids Rule Exemption; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="ya210c122-e850-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/293/s2/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>in training procedures for security screening personnel of the Administration and private security companies providing security screening pursuant to <ref href="/us/usc/t49/s44920">section 44920 of title 49, United States Code</ref>, include training on special screening procedures.</content></paragraph>
