<section id="d329462e88" identifier="/us/pl/114/273/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xc9217d1c-e853-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t38/s101">38 USC 101 note</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Charles Duncan Buried with Honor Act of 2016</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d329462e103" identifier="/us/pl/114/273/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>CASKETS AND URNS FOR BURIAL OF CERTAIN VETERANS IN CEMETERIES OF STATES AND TRIBAL ORGANIZATIONS.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="xc921a42d-e853-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  <ref href="/us/usc/t38/s2306/f">Section 2306(f) of title 38, United States Code</ref>, <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yc921a42e-e853-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/273/s2/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>for burial in a national cemetery of a deceased veteran</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>for burial of a deceased veteran in a national cemetery or in a veterans cemetery of a State or tribal organization for which the Department has provided a grant under section 2408 of this title</quotedText>”; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yc921a42f-e853-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/273/s2/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>in paragraph (2), by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>the burial of the veteran in a national cemetery</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>such burial</quotedText>”.</content></paragraph>
