<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><i>  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</i></enactingFormula>
<section id="d330843e85" identifier="/us/pl/114/262/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>PURPOSE; CLARIFICATION.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y7f25c076-e855-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/262/s1/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Purpose</inline>.—</heading><content>The purpose of this Act is to facilitate fee-to-trust applications for the Siletz Tribe within the geographic area specified in the amendment made by this Act.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y7f25e787-e855-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/114/262/s1/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Clarification</inline>.—</heading><content>Except as specifically provided otherwise by this Act or the amendment made by this Act, nothing in this Act or the amendment made by this Act, shall prioritize for any purpose the claims of any federally recognized Indian tribe over the claims of any other federally recognized Indian tribe.</content></subsection>

<section id="d330843e108" identifier="/us/pl/114/262/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>TREATMENT OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF THE SILETZ TRIBE OF THE STATE OF OREGON.</heading><content class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x7f25e788-e855-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Section 7 of the Siletz Tribe Indian Restoration Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t25/s711e">25 U.S.C. 711e</ref>) <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction> by <amendingAction type="add">adding</amendingAction> at the end the following:<quotedContent><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y7f260e99-e855-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="f">“(f) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Treatment of Certain Property</inline>.—</heading><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y7f260e9a-e855-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">“(1) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In general</inline>.—</heading><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y7f2635ab-e855-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">“(A) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Title</inline>.—</heading><content>The Secretary may accept title to any additional number of acres of real property located within the boundaries of the original 1855 Siletz Coast Reservation established by Executive order dated November 9, 1855, comprised of land within the political boundaries of Benton, Douglas, Lane, Lincoln, Tillamook, and Yamhill Counties in the State of Oregon, if that real property is conveyed or otherwise transferred to the United States by or on behalf of the tribe.</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y7f2635ac-e855-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">“(B) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Trust</inline>.—</heading><content>Land to which title is accepted by the Secretary under this paragraph shall be held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the tribe.</content></subparagraph>
</paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y7f2635ad-e855-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">“(2) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Treatment as part of reservation</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>All real property that is taken into trust under paragraph (1) shall—</chapeau><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y7f2635ae-e855-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">“(A) </num><content>be considered and evaluated as an on-reservation acquisition under <ref href="/us/cfr/t25/pt151.10">part 151.10 of title 25, Code of Federal Regulations</ref> (or successor regulations); and</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y7f2635af-e855-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">“(B) </num><content>become part of the reservation of the tribe.</content></subparagraph>
</paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y7f2635b0-e855-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">“(3) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Prohibition on gaming</inline>.—</heading><content>Any real property taken into trust under paragraph (1) shall not be eligible, or used, <page identifier="/us/stat/130/1365">130 STAT. 1365</page>
for any gaming activity carried out under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t25/s2701/etseq">25 U.S.C. 2701 et seq.</ref>).”</content></paragraph>
