<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><i>  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</i></enactingFormula>
<section id="d245209e85" identifier="/us/pl/114/130/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS LAND CONVEYANCE, LAKE BALDWIN VETERANS AFFAIRS OUTPATIENT CLINIC, ORLANDO, FLORIDA.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y71ccbb15-e86c-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/114/130/s1/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Conveyance Authorized</inline>.—</heading><content>The Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall convey to the Florida Department of Veterans Affairs all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the property known as “The Community Living Center”, including any improvements thereon, which is part of the Lake Baldwin Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic, Orlando, Florida, located at 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, Florida.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y71ccbb16-e86c-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/114/130/s1/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Conditions of Conveyance</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>The conveyance under subsection (a) shall be subject to the following conditions:</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y71ccbb17-e86c-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/114/130/s1/b/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>The recipient shall agree to accept the conveyed real property in its condition at the time of the conveyance.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y71ccbb18-e86c-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/114/130/s1/b/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>The recipient shall agree not to apply the small house design model of the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Construction and Facilities Management Design Guide for Community Living Centers to the conveyed real property.</content></paragraph>
</subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y71ccbb19-e86c-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/114/130/s1/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Use of Property</inline>.—</heading><content>The deed of conveyance for the parcels of real property conveyed under subsection (a) shall provide that all of the property be used and maintained for the sole purpose of providing nursing home, domiciliary, or adult day health care to veterans.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y71ccbb1a-e86c-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/114/130/s1/d" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="d">(d) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x71ccbb1b-e86c-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Determination.</p></sidenote><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Description of Property</inline>.—</heading><content>The exact acreage and legal description of the parcels of real property conveyed under subsection (a) shall be determined by surveys satisfactory to the Secretary.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y71ccbb1c-e86c-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/114/130/s1/e" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="e">(e) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Additional Terms and Conditions</inline>.—</heading><content>The Secretary may require such additional terms and conditions in connection with <page identifier="/us/stat/130/291">130 STAT. 291</page>
the conveyances under subsection (a) as the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United States.</content></subsection>
