<section id="d269064e85" identifier="/us/pl/113/34/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>AMENDMENT.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="yeb7d15f0-e87b-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/34/s1/a" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In General</inline>.—</heading><content>The first section and <ref href="/us/pl/93/435/s2">section 2 of Public Law 93–435</ref> (<ref href="/us/usc/t48/s1705">48 U.S.C. 1705</ref>, 1706) are amended by <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands,</quotedText>” after “<quotedText>Guam,</quotedText>” each place it appears.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="yeb7d15f1-e87b-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/34/s1/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xeb7d15f2-e87b-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t48/s1705">48 USC 1705 note</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">References to Date of Enactment</inline>.—</heading><content>For the purposes of the amendment made by subsection (a), each reference in <ref href="/us/pl/93/435">Public Law 93–435</ref> to the “date of enactment” shall be considered to be a reference to the date of the enactment of this section.</content></subsection>

<section id="d269064e127" identifier="/us/pl/113/34/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>ADJUSTMENT OF SCHEDULED WAGE INCREASES IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Section 8103(b)(1)(B) of the Fair Minimum Wage Act of 2007 (<ref href="/us/usc/t29/s206">29 U.S.C. 206 note</ref>; <ref href="/us/pl/110/28">Public Law 110–28</ref>) <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction> by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>2011</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>2011, 2013, and 2015</quotedText>”.</content></section>
