<section id="d374565e88" identifier="/us/pl/113/284/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xa7386736-e87e-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t6/s101">6 USC 101 note</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">DHS OIG Mandates Revision Act of 2014</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d374565e103" identifier="/us/pl/113/284/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>REPEAL OF REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="ya738dc67-e87e-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/284/s2/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Repeal of Requirement To Conduct an Annual Evaluation of the Cargo Inspection Targeting System</inline>.—</heading><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="ya738dc68-e87e-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/284/s2/a/1" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Repeal</inline>.—</heading><content>Subsections (g) and (h) of section 809 of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2004 (<ref href="/us/pl/108/293">Public Law 108–293</ref>; <ref href="/us/usc/t46/s70101">46 U.S.C. 70101 note</ref>) are <amendingAction type="repeal">repealed</amendingAction>.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="ya738dc69-e87e-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/284/s2/a/2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Conforming amendments</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>Section 809 of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2004 (<ref href="/us/pl/108/293">Public Law 108–293</ref>; <ref href="/us/stat/118/1085">118 Stat. 1085</ref>),<sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xa738dc6a-e87e-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t46/s70101">46 USC 70101 note</ref>.</p></sidenote> as amended by paragraph (1), <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>—</chapeau><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="ya738dc6b-e87e-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/284/s2/a/2/A" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">(A) </num><content>in subsection (a), by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>and (j)</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>and (h)</quotedText>”; and</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="ya738dc6c-e87e-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/284/s2/a/2/B" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">(B) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="redesignate">redesignating</amendingAction> subsections (i), (j), and (k) as subsections (g), (h), and (i), respectively.</content></subparagraph>
