<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><i>  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</i></enactingFormula><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x95b95845-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Albuquerque, New Mexico, Federal Land Conveyance Act of 2013.</p></sidenote>
<section id="d387331e88" identifier="/us/pl/113/190/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Albuquerque, New Mexico, Federal Land Conveyance Act of 2013</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d387331e98" identifier="/us/pl/113/190/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>DEFINITIONS.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x95b97f56-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  In this Act:</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y95b97f57-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/190/s2/1" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Administrator</inline>.—</heading><content>The term “<term>Administrator</term>” means the Administrator of General Services.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y95b97f58-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/190/s2/2" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Federal land</inline>.—</heading><content>The term “<term>Federal land</term>” means the real property located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, that, as determined by the Administrator, subject to survey, generally consists of lots 12 through 19, and for the westerly boundary, the portion of either lot 19 or 20 which is the outside west wall of the basement level of the Old Post Office building, and which has a municipal address of 123 Fourth Street, SW, in Block 18, New Mexico Town Company’s Original Townsite, Albuquerque, New Mexico.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y95b97f59-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/190/s2/3" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Foundation</inline>.—</heading><content>The term “<term>Foundation</term>” means the Amy Biehl High School Foundation.</content></paragraph>

<section id="d387331e132" identifier="/us/pl/113/190/s3" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="3">SEC. 3. </num><heading>CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY IN ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, TO THE AMY BIEHL HIGH SCHOOL FOUNDATION.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y95b9f48a-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/190/s3/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x95b9f48b-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Deadline.</p></sidenote><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Conveyance</inline>.—</heading><content>Notwithstanding any other provision of law, not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall offer to convey to the Foundation, by quitclaim deed, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the Federal land.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y95b9f48c-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/190/s3/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Consideration</inline>.—</heading><content>As consideration for conveyance of the Federal land under subsection (a), the Administrator shall require the Foundation to pay to the Administrator consideration in an amount equal to the fair market value of the Federal land, as determined based on an appraisal that is acceptable to the Administrator.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y95b9f48d-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/190/s3/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Costs of Conveyance</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>The Foundation shall be responsible for paying—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y95b9f48e-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/190/s3/c/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>the costs of an appraisal conducted under subsection (b); and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y95b9f48f-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/190/s3/c/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>any other costs relating to the conveyance of the Federal land under this Act.<page identifier="/us/stat/128/2029">128 STAT. 2029</page></content></paragraph>
</subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y95b9f490-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/190/s3/d" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="d">(d) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Proceeds</inline>.—</heading><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y95b9f491-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/190/s3/d/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Deposit</inline>.—</heading><content>Net proceeds received under subsection (b) shall be paid into the Federal Buildings Fund established under <ref href="/us/usc/t40/s592">section 592 of title 40, United States Code</ref>.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y95b9f492-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/190/s3/d/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x95b9f493-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Notification.</p><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x95b9f494-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Deadline.</p></sidenote><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Expenditure</inline>.—</heading><content>Amounts paid into the Federal Buildings Fund under paragraph (1) shall be available to the Administrator, in amounts specified in appropriations Acts, for expenditure for any lawful purpose consistent with existing authorities granted to the Administrator, except that the Administrator shall provide to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate 30 days advance written notice of any expenditure of the proceeds.</content></paragraph>
</subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y95b9f495-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/190/s3/e" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="e">(e) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Additional Terms and Conditions</inline>.—</heading><content>The Administrator may require that any conveyance under subsection (a) be subject to such additional terms and conditions as the Administrator considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United States.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y95b9f496-e88d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/190/s3/f" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="f">(f) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Deadline</inline>.—</heading><content>The conveyance of the Federal land under this Act shall occur not later than 3 years after the date of enactment of this Act.</content></subsection>
