<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><i>  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</i></enactingFormula><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x75f89d3f-e88f-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Gun Lake Trust Land Reaffirmation Act.</p></sidenote>
<section id="d293958e88" identifier="/us/pl/113/179/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Gun Lake Trust Land Reaffirmation Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d293958e98" identifier="/us/pl/113/179/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>REAFFIRMATION OF INDIAN TRUST LAND.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y75f8c450-e88f-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/179/s2/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In General</inline>.—</heading><content>The land taken into trust by the United States for the benefit of the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians and described in the final Notice of Determination of the Department of the Interior (<ref href="/us/fr/70/25596">70 Fed. Reg. 25596</ref> (May 13, 2005)) is reaffirmed as trust land, and the actions of the Secretary of the Interior in taking that land into trust are ratified and confirmed.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y75f8c451-e88f-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/179/s2/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">No Claims</inline>.—</heading><content>Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an action (including an action pending in a Federal court as of the date of enactment of this Act) relating to the land described in subsection (a) shall not be filed or maintained in a Federal court and shall be promptly dismissed.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y75f8c452-e88f-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/179/s2/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Retention of Future Rights</inline>.—</heading><content>Nothing in this Act alters or diminishes the right of the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band <page>1914</page>
of Pottawatomi Indians from seeking to have any additional land taken into trust by the United States for the benefit of the Band.</content></subsection>
