<section id="d388512e88" identifier="/us/pl/113/170/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xbf005530-e890-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t5/s101">5 USC 101 note</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">All Circuit Review Extension Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d388512e103" identifier="/us/pl/113/170/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>JUDICIAL REVIEW OF MERIT SYSTEMS PROTECTION BOARD DECISIONS RELATING TO WHISTLEBLOWERS.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="ybf005531-e890-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/170/s2/a" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In General</inline>.—</heading><content><ref href="/us/usc/t5/s7703/b/1/B">Section 7703(b)(1)(B) of title 5, United States Code</ref>, <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction> by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>2-year</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>5-year</quotedText>”.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="ybf005532-e890-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/170/s2/b" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Director Review</inline>.—</heading><content>Section 7703(d)(2) of such title <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction> by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>2-year</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>5-year</quotedText>”.</content></subsection>
