<section id="d397226e88" identifier="/us/pl/113/119/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xf3fe7d60-e898-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s539m">16 USC 539m note</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d397226e103" identifier="/us/pl/113/119/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>SANDIA PUEBLO SETTLEMENT TECHNICAL AMENDMENT.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="xf3fea471-e898-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Section 413(b) of the T’uf Shur Bien Preservation Trust Area Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t16/s539m–11/b">16 U.S.C. 539m–11(b)</ref>) <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yf3fea472-e898-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/119/s2/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>in the first sentence of paragraph (4), by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>conveyance</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>title to be conveyed</quotedText>”; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yf3fea473-e898-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/113/119/s2/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="add">adding</amendingAction> at the end the following:<quotedContent><paragraph class="indentUp0 fontsize10" id="yf3fef294-e898-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="6">“(6) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Failure to exchange</inline>.—</heading><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="yf3fef295-e898-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">“(A) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xf3fef296-e898-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Deadline.</p><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xf3fef297-e898-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Public lands.</p></sidenote><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In general</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>If the land exchange authorized under paragraph (1) is not completed by the date that is 30 days after the date of enactment of this paragraph, the Secretary, on request of the Pueblo and the Secretary of the Interior, shall transfer the National Forest land generally depicted as ‘Land to be Held in Trust’ on the map entitled ‘Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act’ and dated October 18, 2013, to the Secretary of the Interior to be held in trust by the United States for the Pueblo—</chapeau><clause class="fontsize10" id="yf3fef298-e898-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658126"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="i">“(i) </num><content>subject to the restriction enforced by the Secretary of the Interior that the land remain undeveloped, with the natural characteristics of the land to be preserved in perpetuity; and</content></clause>
<clause class="fontsize10" id="yf3fef299-e898-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658126"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="ii">“(ii) </num><content>consistent with subsection (c).</content></clause>
</subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="yf3fef29a-e898-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">“(B) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Other transfers</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>After the transfer under subparagraph (A) is complete, the Secretary of the Interior, with the consent of the Pueblo, shall—</chapeau><clause class="fontsize10" id="yf3fef29b-e898-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658126"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="i">“(i) </num><chapeau>transfer to the Secretary, consistent with section 411(c)—</chapeau><subclause class="fontsize10" id="yf3fef29c-e898-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658128"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="I">“(I) </num><content>the La Luz tract generally depicted on the map entitled ‘Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act’ and dated October 18, 2013; and</content></subclause>
<subclause class="fontsize10" id="yf3fef29d-e898-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658128"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="II">“(II) </num><content>the conservation easement for the Piedra Lisa tract generally depicted on the map entitled ‘Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act’ and dated October 18, 2013; and<page identifier="/us/stat/128/1186">128 STAT. 1186</page></content></subclause>
</clause>
<clause class="fontsize10" id="yf3fef29e-e898-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658126"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="ii">“(ii) </num><content>grant to the Secretary a right-of-way for the Piedra Lisa Trail within the Piedra Lisa tract generally depicted on the map entitled ‘Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act’ and dated October 18, 2013.”</content></clause>
