<section id="d301530e85" identifier="/us/pl/113/107/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>CONVEYANCE OF LAND TO CORRECT ERRONEOUS SURVEY, COCONINO NATIONAL FOREST, ARIZONA.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="yd19e10ec-e89a-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/107/s1/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Conveyance Authorized</inline>.—</heading><content>The Secretary of Agriculture may convey by quitclaim deed all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the two parcels of land described in subsection (b) to a person or legal entity that represents (by power of attorney) the majority of landowners with private property adjacent to the two parcels. These parcels are within the boundaries of the Coconino National Forest and contain private improvements that were developed based upon the reliance of the landowners in an erroneous survey conducted in May 1960.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="yd19e10ed-e89a-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/107/s1/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Description of Land</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>The two parcels of land authorized for conveyance under subsection (a) consist of approximately 2.67 acres described in the Bureau of Land Management’s Survey Plat titled Subdivision and Metes and Bounds Surveys in secs. 28 and 29, T. 20 N., R. 7 E., Gila and Salt River Meridian, approved February 2, 2010, as follows:</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yd19e37fe-e89a-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/107/s1/b/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>Lot 2, sec. 28, T. 20 N., R. 7 E., Gila and Salt River Meridian, Coconino County, Arizona.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yd19e37ff-e89a-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/107/s1/b/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>Lot 1, sec. 29, T. 20 N., R. 7 E., Gila and Salt River Meridian, Coconino County, Arizona.</content></paragraph>
</subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="yd19e3800-e89a-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/107/s1/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Consideration</inline>.—</heading><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yd19e3801-e89a-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/107/s1/c/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Amount of consideration</inline>.—</heading><content>As consideration for the conveyance of the two parcels under subsection (a), the person or legal entity that represents (by power of attorney) the majority of landowners with private property adjacent to the parcels shall pay to the Secretary consideration in the amount of $20,000.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yd19e3802-e89a-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/107/s1/c/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Deposit</inline>.—</heading><content>The Secretary shall deposit the consideration received under this subsection in a special account in the fund established under <ref href="/us/pl/90/171">Public Law 90–171</ref> (commonly known as the Sisk Act; <ref href="/us/usc/t16/s484a">16 U.S.C. 484a</ref>).</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yd19e3803-e89a-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/107/s1/c/3" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Use</inline>.—</heading><content>The deposited funds shall be available to the Secretary, without further appropriation and until expended, for acquisition of land in the National Forest System.</content></paragraph>
</subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="yd19e3804-e89a-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/107/s1/d" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="d">(d) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Revocation of Orders</inline>.—</heading><content>Any public orders withdrawing any of the Federal land from appropriation or disposal under the <page identifier="/us/stat/128/1163">128 STAT. 1163</page>
public land laws are revoked to the extent necessary to permit conveyance of the Federal land under subsection (a).</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="yd19e3805-e89a-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/107/s1/e" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="e">(e) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Withdrawal of Federal Land</inline>.—</heading><content>Subject to valid existing rights, the Federal land authorized for conveyance under subsection (a) is withdrawn from all forms of entry and appropriation under the public land laws, location, entry, and patent under the mining laws, and operation of the mineral leasing and geothermal leasing laws until the date which the conveyance is completed.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="yd19e3806-e89a-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/107/s1/f" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="f">(f) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Other Terms and Conditions</inline>.—</heading><content>The conveyance authorized by subsection (a) shall be subject only to those surveys and clearances as needed to protect the interests of the United States.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="yd19e3807-e89a-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/107/s1/g" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="g">(g) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Duration of Authority</inline>.—</heading><content>The authority provided under this section shall terminate three years after the date of the enactment of this Act.</content></subsection>
