<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><i>  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</i></enactingFormula>
<section id="d301946e85" identifier="/us/pl/113/100/s1" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>VISA LIMITATION FOR CERTAIN REPRESENTATIVES TO THE UNITED NATIONS.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="xd0646337-e89b-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Section 407(a) of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991 (<ref href="/us/usc/t8/s1102">8 U.S.C. 1102 note</ref>) <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yd0646338-e89b-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/100/s1/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>such individual has been found to have been engaged in espionage activities</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> the following: <quotedContent>“such individual—<paragraph class="indentUp0 fontsize10" id="yd0646339-e89b-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">“(1) </num><content>has been found to have been engaged in espionage activities or a terrorist activity (as defined in section 212(a)(3)(B)(iii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t8/s1182/a/3/B/iii">8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(3)(B)(iii)</ref>))”</content></paragraph>

<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yd064633a-e89b-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/113/100/s1/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>allies and may pose</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> the following: <quotedContent>“allies; and<paragraph class="indentUp0 fontsize10" id="yd064633b-e89b-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">“(2) </num><content>may pose”</content></paragraph>
