                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="III">TITLE III—</num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">WHITE PINE COUNTY CONSERVATION, RECREATION, AND DEVELOPMENT </heading>

                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="301">SEC. 301. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. </heading>
                    <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this title.</content>
                </section>

                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="302">SEC. 302. </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s1241">16 U.S.C. 1241 note</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">SHORT TITLE </heading>
                    <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">This title may be cited as the “<shortTitle style="-uslm-dtd:quote">White Pine County Conservation, Recreation, and Development Act of 2006</shortTitle>”.</content>

                </section>
                <subtitle style="-uslm-dtd:subtitle" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stA">
                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="A">Subtitle A—</num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Land Disposal </heading>
                    <elided style="-uslm-dtd:omitted-text">* * * * * * *</elided>
                    <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stA/s312" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="312">SEC. 312. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">DISPOSITION OF PROCEEDS. </heading>
                        <chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">Of the proceeds from the sale of Federal land described in section 311(b)—</chapeau>
                        <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stA/s312/1" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">5 percent shall be paid directly to the State for use in the general education program of the State;</content>
                        </paragraph>
                        <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stA/s312/2" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">10 percent shall be paid to the County for use for fire protection, law enforcement, education, public safety, housing, social services, transportation, and planning; and</content>
                        </paragraph>
                        <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stA/s312/3" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="3">(3) </num><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">the remainder shall be deposited in a special account in the Treasury of the United States, to be known as the “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">White Pine County Special Account</quotedText>” (referred to in this subtitle as the “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">special account</quotedText>”), and shall be available without further appropriation to the Secretary until expended for—</chapeau>
                            <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stA/s312/3/A" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="A">(A) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the reimbursement of costs incurred by the Nevada State office and the Ely Field Office of the Bureau of Land Management for preparing for the sale of Federal land described in section 311(b), including the costs of surveys and appraisals and compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (42 U.S.C. 4321) and sections 202 and 203 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1712, 1713);</content>
                            </subparagraph>
                            <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stA/s312/3/B" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="B">(B) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the inventory, evaluation, protection, and management of unique archaeological resources (as defined in section 3 of the Archaeological Resources Protection Act of 1979 (16 U.S.C. 470bb)) of the County;</content>
                            </subparagraph>
                            <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stA/s312/3/C" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="C">(C) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the reimbursement of costs incurred by the Department of the Interior for preparing and carrying out the transfers of land to be held in trust by the United States under section 361;</content>
                            </subparagraph>
                            <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stA/s312/3/D" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="D">(D) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">conducting a study of routes for the Silver State Off-Highway Vehicle Trail as required by section 355(a);</content>
                            </subparagraph>
                            <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stA/s312/3/E" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="E">(E) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">developing and implementing the Silver State Off-Highway Vehicle Trail management plan described in section 355(c);</content>
                            </subparagraph>
                            <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stA/s312/3/F" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="F">(F) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">wilderness protection and processing wilderness designations, including the costs of appropriate fencing, signage, public education, and enforcement for the wilderness areas designated;</content>
                            </subparagraph>
                            <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stA/s312/3/G" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="G">(G) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">if the Secretary determines necessary, developing and implementing conservation plans for endangered or at risk species in the County; and</content>
                            </subparagraph>
                            <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stA/s312/3/H" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="H">(H) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">carrying out a study to assess non-motorized recreation opportunities on Federal land in the County.</content>
                            </subparagraph>
                        </paragraph>

                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="B">Subtitle B—</num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Wilderness Areas </heading>
                    <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s321" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="321">SEC. 321. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">SHORT TITLE. </heading>
                        <content style="-uslm-dtd:text" class="block">This subtitle may be cited as the “<shortTitle style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Pam White Wilderness Act of 2006</shortTitle>”.</content>
                    </section>

                    <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="323">SEC. 323. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">ADDITIONS TO NATIONAL WILDERNESS PRESERVATION SYSTEM. </heading>
                        <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/a" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="a">(a) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Additions.—</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">The following land in the State is designated as wilderness and as components of the National Wilderness Preservation System:</chapeau>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/a/1" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s1132">16 U.S.C. 1132 note</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Mt. moriah wilderness addition.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Certain Federal land managed by the Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management, comprising approximately 11,261 acres, as generally depicted on the map entitled “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Eastern White Pine County</quotedText>” and dated November 29, 2006, is incorporated in, and shall be managed as part of, the Mt. Moriah Wilderness, as designated by section 2(13) of the Nevada Wilderness Protection Act of 1989 (16 U.S.C. 1132 note; Public Law 101-195).</content>
                            </paragraph>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/a/2" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s1132">16 U.S.C. 1132 note</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Mount grafton wilderness.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Certain Federal land managed by the Bureau of Land Management, comprising approximately 78,754 acres, as generally depicted on the map entitled “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Southern White Pine County</quotedText>” and dated November 29, 2006, which shall be known as the “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Mount Grafton Wilderness</quotedText>”.</content>
                            </paragraph>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/a/3" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="3">(3) </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s1132">16 U.S.C. 1132 note</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">South egan range wilderness.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Certain Federal land managed by the Bureau of Land Management, comprising approximately 67,214 acres, as generally depicted on the map entitled “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Southern White Pine County</quotedText>” and dated November 29, 2006, which shall be known as the “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">South Egan Range Wilderness</quotedText>”.</content>
                            </paragraph>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/a/4" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="4">(4) </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s1132">16 U.S.C. 1132 note</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Highland ridge wilderness.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Certain Federal land managed by the Bureau of Land Management and the Forest Service, comprising approximately 68,627 acres, as generally depicted on the map entitled “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Southern White Pine County</quotedText>” and dated November 29, 2006, which shall be known as the “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Highland Ridge Wilderness</quotedText>”.</content>
                            </paragraph>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/a/5" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="5">(5) </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s1132">16 U.S.C. 1132 note</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Government peak wilderness.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Certain Federal land managed by the Bureau of Land Management, comprising approximately 6,313 acres, as generally depicted on the map entitled “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Eastern White Pine County</quotedText>” and dated November 29, 2006, which shall be known as the “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Government Peak Wilderness</quotedText>”.</content>
                            </paragraph>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/a/6" styleType="OLC">

                            </paragraph><continuation style="-uslm-dtd:continuation-text" role="paragraph">29, 2006, is incorporated in, and shall be managed as part of, the “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Currant Mountain Wilderness</quotedText>”, as designated by section 2(4) of the Nevada Wilderness Protection Act of 1989 (16 U.S.C. 1132 note; Public Law 101-195).</continuation>

                            </paragraph>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/a/13" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="13">(13) </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s1132">16 U.S.C. 1132 note</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Goshute canyon wilderness.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Certain Federal land managed by the Bureau of Land Management, comprising approximately 42,544 acres, as generally depicted on the map entitled “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Northern White Pine County</quotedText>” and dated November 29, 2006, which shall be known as the “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Goshute Canyon Wilderness</quotedText>”.</content>
                            </paragraph>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/a/14" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="14">(14) </num><editorialNote style="-uslm-dtd:usc-reference" role="uscRef"><b>[</b><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s1132">16 U.S.C. 1132 note</ref><b>]</b> </editorialNote><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Bristlecone wilderness.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Certain Federal land managed by the Bureau of Land Management, comprising approximately 14,095 acres, as generally depicted on the map entitled “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Eastern White Pine County</quotedText>” and dated November 29, 2006, which shall be known as the “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Bristlecone Wilderness</quotedText>”.</content>
                            </paragraph>
                        </subsection>
                        <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/b" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="b">(b) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Boundary.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The boundary of any portion of a wilderness area designated by subsection (a) that is bordered by a road shall be at least 100 feet from the edge of the road to allow public access.</content>
                        </subsection>
                        <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/c" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="c">(c) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Map and Legal Description.—</heading>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/c/1" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">In general.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">As soon as practicable after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall file a map and legal description of each wilderness area designated by subsection (a) with the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate and the Committee on Resources of the House of Representatives.</content>
                            </paragraph>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/c/2" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Effect.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Each map and legal description shall have the same force and effect as if included in this section, except that the Secretary may correct clerical and typographical errors in the map or legal description.</content>
                            </paragraph>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/c/3" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="3">(3) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Availability.—</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">Each map and legal description shall be on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices of—</chapeau>
                                <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/c/3/A" styleType="OLC">
                                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="A">(A) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the Bureau of Land Management;</content>
                                </subparagraph>
                                <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/c/3/B" styleType="OLC">
                                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="B">(B) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the Forest Service; and</content>
                                </subparagraph>
                                <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/c/3/C" styleType="OLC">
                                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="C">(C) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the National Park Service.</content>
                                </subparagraph>
                            </paragraph>
                        </subsection>
                        <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/d" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="d">(d) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Withdrawal.—</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">Subject to valid existing rights, the wilderness areas designated by subsection (a) are withdrawn from—</chapeau>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/d/1" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">all forms of entry, appropriation, and disposal under the public land laws;</content>
                            </paragraph>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/d/2" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">location, entry, and patent under the mining laws; and</content>
                            </paragraph>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/d/3" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="3">(3) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">operation of the mineral leasing and geothermal leasing laws.</content>
                            </paragraph>
                        </subsection>
                        <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/e" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="e">(e) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Mt. Moriah Wilderness Adjustment.—</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">The boundary of the Mt. Moriah Wilderness established under section 2(13) of the Nevada Wilderness
 Protection Act of 1989 (16 U.S.C. 1132 note) is adjusted to include—</chapeau>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/e/1" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the land identified as the “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Mount Moriah Wilderness Area</quotedText>” and “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Mount Moriah Additions</quotedText>” on the map entitled “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Eastern White Pine County</quotedText>” and dated November 29, 2006; and</content>
                            </paragraph>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/e/2" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the land identified as “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">NFS Lands</quotedText>” on the map entitled “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Proposed Wilderness Boundary Adjustment Mt. Moriah Wilderness Area</quotedText>” and dated January 19, 2017.</content>
                            </paragraph>
                        </subsection>
                        <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/f" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="f">(f) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">High Schells Wilderness Adjustment.—</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">The boundary of the High Schells Wilderness established under subsection (a)(11) is adjusted—</chapeau>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/f/1" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">to include the land identified as “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Include as Wilderness</quotedText>” on the map entitled “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">McCoy Creek Adjustment</quotedText>” and dated November 3, 2014; and</content>
                            </paragraph>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stB/s323/f/2" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">to exclude the land identified as “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">NFS Lands</quotedText>” on the map entitled “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Proposed Wilderness Boundary Adjustment High Schells Wilderness Area</quotedText>” and dated January 19, 2017.</content>
                            </paragraph>
                        </subsection>
                    </section>

                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="D">Subtitle D—</num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Public Conveyances </heading>

                    <section style="-uslm-dtd:section" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stD/s352" styleType="OLC">
                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="352">SEC. 352. </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">CONVEYANCE TO WHITE PINE COUNTY, NEVADA. </heading>
                        <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stD/s352/a" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="a">(a) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">In general.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">Notwithstanding section 202 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1712), the Secretary shall convey to the County, without consideration, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the parcels of land described in subsection (b).</content>
                        </subsection>
                        <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stD/s352/b" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="b">(b) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Description of Land.—</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">The parcels of land referred to in subsection (a) are—</chapeau>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stD/s352/b/1" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the approximately 1,551 acres of land identified on the map entitled “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Ely, Nevada Area</quotedText>”, dated November 29, 2006, as the Airport Expansion; and</content>
                            </paragraph>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stD/s352/b/2" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">the approximately 202 acres of land identified on the map entitled “<quotedText style="-uslm-dtd:quote">Ely, Nevada Area</quotedText>”, dated November 29, 2006, as the Industrial Park Expansion.</content>
                            </paragraph>
                        </subsection>
                        <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stD/s352/c" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="c">(c) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Authorized Uses.—</heading>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stD/s352/c/1" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="1">(1) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Airport expansion.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The parcel of land described in subsection (b)(1) shall be used by the County to expand the Ely Airport.</content>
                            </paragraph>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stD/s352/c/2" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="2">(2) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Industrial park expansion.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The parcel of land described in subsection (b)(2) shall be used by the County to expand the White Pine County Industrial Park.</content>
                            </paragraph>
                            <paragraph style="-uslm-dtd:paragraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stD/s352/c/3" styleType="OLC">
                                <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="3">(3) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Use of certain land for nonresidential development.—</heading>
                                <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stD/s352/c/3/A" styleType="OLC">
                                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="A">(A) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">In general.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">After conveyance to the County of the land described in subsection (b), the County may sell, lease, or otherwise convey any portion of the land conveyed for purposes of nonresidential development relating to the authorized uses described in paragraphs (1) and (2).</content>
                                </subparagraph>
                                <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stD/s352/c/3/B" styleType="OLC">
                                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="B">(B) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Method of sale.—</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-dtd:text">The sale, lease, or conveyance of land under subparagraph (A) shall be—</chapeau>
                                    <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stD/s352/c/3/B/i" styleType="OLC">
                                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="i">(i) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">through a competitive bidding process; and</content>
                                    </clause>
                                    <clause style="-uslm-dtd:clause" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stD/s352/c/3/B/ii" styleType="OLC">
                                        <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="ii">(ii) </num><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">for not less than fair market value.</content>
                                    </clause>
                                </subparagraph>
                                <subparagraph style="-uslm-dtd:subparagraph" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stD/s352/c/3/C" styleType="OLC">
                                    <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="C">(C) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Disposition of proceeds.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">The gross proceeds from the sale, lease, or conveyance of land under subparagraph (A) shall be distributed in accordance with section 312.</content>
                                </subparagraph>
                            </paragraph>
                        </subsection>
                        <subsection style="-uslm-dtd:subsection" identifier="/us/sComp/109/432/dC/tIII/stD/s352/d" styleType="OLC">
                            <num style="-uslm-dtd:enum" value="d">(d) </num><heading style="-uslm-dtd:header">Reversion.—</heading><content style="-uslm-dtd:text">If a parcel of land conveyed under subsection (a) is used in a manner that is inconsistent with the use described for the parcel in paragraph (1), (2), or (3) of subsection (c), the parcel of land shall, at the discretion of the Secretary, revert to the United States.</content>
                        </subsection>
