            <summary-text><![CDATA[<p><strong>Nutrition Red Tape Reduction Act&nbsp;</strong></p><p>This bill expands eligibility for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the school lunch program. (The CEP allows eligible schools, groups of schools, and school districts the option to offer breakfast and lunch at no cost to all enrolled students without collecting household applications.)</p><p>This bill lowers the threshold for a school to participate in the CEP to an identified student percentage (ISP) of at least 25%, from 40%.
