            <summary-text><![CDATA[<p><strong>Specialty Crop Security Act of 2024</strong></p><p>This bill reauthorizes and provides additional funding for the Specialty Crop Block Grant Program (SCBGP). The bill also modifies the SCBGP outreach and&nbsp;state plan&nbsp;requirements.
