            <summary-text><![CDATA[<p><strong>Banning Overspending On Non-Defense Objectives at Gratuitous Gatherings and Learning Events Act or the BOONDOGGLE Act</strong></p><p>This bill limits the authorization of travel or transportation allowances for members of the uniformed services in connection with professional development training.
