Subpoena Compliance Accountability Act 2023-09-20 Introduced in House Subpoena Compliance Accountability Act

This bill allows a Member of the House of Representatives to object to the consideration of any legislation that funds the salary of a federal officer or employee who has been convicted of, and exhausted all related appeals for, refusing to comply with a congressional subpoena.
