            <summary-text><![CDATA[<p><strong>No Photo for Food Act of 2023</strong></p><p>This bill revises provisions related to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) to prohibit a state from requiring a photograph&nbsp;of any household member on an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card.
