            <summary-text><![CDATA[<p><strong>Climate-Friendly Food Label Task Force Act</strong></p><p>This bill establishes an advisory panel to study and submit a report to the Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Congress on the development of a climate-friendly certification for agricultural products.
