            <summary-text><![CDATA[<p><strong>Environmentally Sustainable Growth Act of 2023</strong></p><p>This bill requires an issuer of securities to annually disclose to shareholders certain environmental, social, and governance metrics and their connection to the long-term business strategy of the issuer.
