            <summary-text><![CDATA[<p><strong>Leveraging Quantum Computing Act&nbsp;</strong></p><p>This bill requires the National Quantum Coordination Office in the White House's Office of Science and Technology Policy to conduct outreach with federal agencies on the use of quantum computing.</p><p>Specifically, the office must engage with federal agencies to identify areas in which quantum computing may be used and to develop plans that enable such use. The office must annually report on its activities.</p>]]></summary-text>
