            <summary-text><![CDATA[<p><strong>Genome to Phenome Initiative Reauthorization Act of 2023 or the AG2PI Act of 2023</strong></p><p>This bill reauthorizes the Agricultural Genome to Phenome Initiative (AG2PI) of the National Institute of Food and Agriculture through FY2028.
