            <summary-text><![CDATA[<p><strong>Unemployment Trust Fund Accountability Act</strong></p><p>This bill requires any state that received advances from the Federal Unemployment Account in the Unemployment Trust Fund and owes more than $1 billion as of January 1, 2023, to report on how the state intends to repay the funds.
