No Sanctions Relief for Terrorists Act 2021-02-05 Introduced in House No Sanctions Relief for Terrorists Act

This bill requires the President, before providing specified sanctions relief to an Iranian person that is on the list of specially designated nationals and blocked persons, to certify to Congress that the person has ceased involvement in terrorism.
