     <p>This bill prohibits a federal agency from using LOGINK. <em>LOGINK</em> means the public, open, shared logistics information network known as the National Public Information Platform for Transportation &amp; Logistics by the Ministry of Transport of China.</p> <p>Further, the bill prohibits (1) a federal agency from entering into any contract with an entity that uses LOGINK, and (2) the use of LOGINK in any contract entered into by the agency.</p>
