Intelligence Community Authorities Clarification Act 2022-03-24 Introduced in House Intelligence Community Authorities Clarification Act

This bill prohibits the elements of the intelligence community from conducting any intelligence-related activities that do not have a nexus to foreign intelligence or counterintelligence. The President may waive this prohibition for a period of up to one year if the President provides to Congress a written declaration that the waiver is important to U.S. national security interests.
