            <summary-text><![CDATA[ <p><b>National Flood Insurance Program Reporting on Impact to Seaboards and Counties Act of 2021 or the NFIP RISC Act of 2021</b></p> <p>This bill requires the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), prior to implementing any chargeable premium rate for National Flood Insurance Program coverage related to a change in flood-risk assessment methodology, to report on this change. </p> <p>The bill also prohibits FEMA from implementing these changes during the COVID-19 emergency period and for six months after this period.</p>]]></summary-text>
