            <summary-text><![CDATA[ <p><strong>Stemming the Tide of Rural Economic Stress and Suicide under COVID-19 Act or the STRESS under COVID-19 Act </strong></p> <p>This bill provides supplemental appropriations to the Department of Agriculture (USDA) for the Farm and Ranch Stress Assistance Network. The program provides grants to connect individuals who are engaged in agriculture-related occupations with stress assistance programs. The bill requires USDA to allocate the funds to grant recipients within 60 days. </p>]]></summary-text>
